Intellectual Property Attorney eric

W. Eric Webostad, the founder and president of TWF, has over fifteen years experience in the practice of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution. His knowledge and experience is mainly in semiconductor processing, integrated circuits (e.g., field programmable gate arrays, memory, and graphics processing units, among other types of integrated circuits), image processing, wired and wireless telecommunications, optical networking, e-commerce, data management, data services, computer and cable networks, and computer architecture. Eric has been principally involved in intellectual property issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and standards setting organizations, as well as programs to enhance patent portfolio development and management. Eric is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine School of Engineering and Santa Clara University School of Law. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
